Participation cards Pick-up

Dear HoDs, please note that the participation cards can be pick-ed up on Saturday at the Sea Casino between 12:00 and 16:00. The accreditation cards will be given only to the Heads of Delegation. Please make sure you have cleared all payments by then and if you had not sent a Music Form with the music rights information, do so immediately.

For those of you, who arrive later, please note you can pick-up your accreditations on Sunday at the Sea Casino between 11:00 and 13:00.

Local transportation

LOC is happy to provide each participant with a plastic card for use of the local transportation system. Each card is loaded with 20 trips to use for your transportation during the event. If you use all trips, you have the opportunity to re-charge the card.

Art Classes

Dear friends, please note that as per what is written in Bulletin 2, the minimal number of participants for each Art Class is 6. Therefore 3 Art Classes will be held – Art and Wine, Making of Symbolic Bulgarian Elements, Calligraphy. The payment will be done on site CASH ONLY.
