In the beginning of September, the second organizational meeting was held on the occasion of the 9th GAGF Burgas 2024.

As a result of the support received and the instructions given by the representatives of the EG GfA TC, important details regarding the conduct and organization of the festival were specified. Such were the transportation of the participants, their accommodation in selected hotels, the locations for the scenes as well as many other important details which will be useful to us for the organization of the upcoming big forum.

Participants in the meeting were Linda Davilla from the European Gymnastics office, Regina Beeler and Emiliana Polini from the EG GfA TC, Rossina Atanassova – BRGF Secretary General, Marieta Dukova – President of Bulgaria GfA Commission, Gergana Yordanova – BRGF Office Manager and Sponsors’ Manager, Monika Avdzhiyska. In the meeting also participated Ana Bosheva – President of RGSC Chernomorets, Rada Vrazheva – International Brevet Judge,  Zlatka Dimitrova – lecturer at Burgas University and representatives of Burgas Municipality.
